I. General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Basic Provisions
(1) The following terms apply to contracts you conclude with us as the provider (Cedric Scharf) via the website https://antmeup.de. Any deviating terms on your part shall not apply unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.
(2) A consumer within the meaning of these Terms is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person, or a partnership with legal capacity, acting in the exercise of their trade, business, or profession.
§ 2 Formation of the Contract
(1) The subject of the contract is the sale of ants.
(2) By listing products on https://antmeup.de, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract via the online shopping cart system.
(3) The purchase contract is formed as follows:
- You place items in the shopping cart.
- During the ordering process, you enter your personal details as well as payment and shipping information.
- Before submitting your order, you will be shown a summary of your data for review.
- By clicking the button "order with obligation to pay" or a similarly worded button, you accept the offer – the contract is thereby concluded.
(4) Processing takes place by email. Please make sure that the email address you provide is correct and that you are able to receive our messages (check your spam filter).
§ 3 Payment Methods
(1) The following payment methods are available:
- PayPal / PayPal Express
- Credit card
- Advance payment by bank transfer

§ 4 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
§ 5 Warranty
(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) Consumers are asked to inspect the goods for damage or defects immediately upon delivery and to inform us promptly if necessary. This does not affect statutory claims.
§ 6 Choice of Law
German law applies.
The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.
For consumers, this choice of law only applies to the extent that it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which they have their habitual residence.

3. Contract Language & Storage
- Contract language: German
- We do not store the full text of the contract. You can save your order details before submitting your order by using your browser's print function. After placing your order, you will receive all relevant data again by email.
4. Essential Characteristics of the Goods
These are set out in the respective product descriptions on the website.
5. Prices & Payment
- All prices include statutory value-added tax.
- Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.
- Deliveries are made exclusively within Germany.
- Payment methods: PayPal (incl. Express), credit card, advance payment
- For advance payment, the invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Standard shipping, express shipping, and pickup by appointment are all available.
- Delivery terms can be found on our website or in the respective product listing.
- For consumers, the risk of accidental loss passes only upon handover of the goods.
